Ms. Dzintra is a retired, disabled person from Riga, who says that her life has been happy, because her hobby, weaving, has also been her job. She was born in Valmiera, lost her father early in the war, who is buried in Lestene, and inherited her love for handicrafts from her mother. He went to Riga to enter the secondary school of applied arts, but he didn't enter the building either - he lacked courage. After that, she got the status of a master of folk hairdressing and worked at the combine Art. Currently, due to the back surgery and the removed vertebrae, the lady can no longer sit at the loom, but continues to work with industrial linen, knitting and crocheting.
